Cancellation Policy

At Airlit, we understand that circumstances can change, and you might need to cancel your order. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can cancel an Airlit order.

Order Cancellation:

We are happy to accommodate order cancellations whenever possible. However, since our products are handcrafted in small batches, cancellations are subject to the following:

• Unprocessed Orders: You can cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been processed and shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@airlit.life to request a cancellation.
• Processed Orders: If your order has already been processed and prepared for shipment, we may not be able to cancel it. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request. A cancellation fee of 25% may apply to cover processing costs.

How to Cancel:

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team by email at info@airlit.life. Be sure to include your order number in your email.

Confirmation:

We will send you a confirmation email once your order cancellation is complete.

Refunds:

• For cancelled unprocessed orders, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• For cancelled processed orders, a refund minus the cancellation fee (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days.
