This return policy outlines the conditions under which you can return your Airlit purchase.

Eligible Returns For Domestic:

We accept returns for ‘damaged in transit’ and ‘wrong items delivered’ within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

• Damaged Product: If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately (Share a video of the delivered item). We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at your discretion.
• Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you or provide a full refund.

Non-Eligible Returns:

We are unable to accept returns for the following reasons:

• Used or opened products
• Products returned after eligible days of delivery
• Products not purchased from www.airlit.life

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at Info@airlit.life within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.
3. Refunds: Once we receive the returned product and verify it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 – 15 business days.

Please Note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item shipped by Airlit.
• We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our return policy guidelines.
